皇冠365 Welcomes Richard Burchfield as Senior HR Business Partner

Longtime East Tennessee resident strengthens community bank’s HR team
 

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (Feb. 13, 2024) – 皇冠365 today announced that Richard Burchfield has joined its HR team, serving as Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Based out of the Knoxville office, Burchfield will be responsible for supporting 皇冠365’s East Region, the manufactured housing sector and other corporate departments in Nashville.

Burchfield has two decades of HR experience and plans to leverage his expertise in people management, strategic planning and organizational development for his new role in the financial sector.

Originally from Hendersonville, Burchfield received his bachelor’s degree from Maryville College and has lived in East Tennessee since. In his spare time, Burchfield enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and supporting their local school system, Maryville City Schools.
